Ben Platt

Ben runs Churnet Valley Cycle Hire, our on site bike hire business, from the main farm house as well as working as a bike mechanic.

His passions include trees, bikes and birds, he is both our resident bird spotter and arborist.

He's also very good at digging trenches, knocking in fence posts, and fixing things that break... like lawn mowers!
Ben has been working as a professional pedal bike mechanic for over 18 years and has worked with numerous national and world champion riders...he loves bikes and can fix anything!
